So you’ve done the work right? You are taking better care of yourself, meditating, listening to uplifting podcasts, burning sage, drinking the green juice, heck…maybe even taken some yoga classes!
So how is it you’re still having days that you struggle?
Recently I was having a ‘day’ – if you know what I mean! Okay, if I’m honest it was a couple of days that built up to one tough one. Still, a friend asked me “but, you’re a coach, shouldn’t you be happy like, ALL the time?”

We have the power to end our own suffering if we choose to. Does that mean we will have only happy days? No, of course not. But while we experience pain, loss and difficulties we do not have to continue to suffer.
